The client is any individual, company or the entity who purchased our subscription, API or another paid Premium service we do provide.

Companies who are acting as contractors or vendors have a right to purchase the license on the behalf of the client. They exercise this right by informing us by email by specifying the end licensee's name and business details.
Additional to our general terms of use, by using our API, Insights on Commercial License (hereafter "Premium Service") you agree to the following terms:
The client expressly understands and agrees that Retire on my budget shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Retire on my budget has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: 1. the use or the inability to use the Premium Service; 2. the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Retire on my budget service; 3. statements or conduct of any third party on the Premium Service (unless such third parties are Retire on my budget ’s subcontractors); or 4. any other matter relating to the Premium Service.
Retire on my budget guarantees that during the Subscription period Premium Service will be accessible at least 98% as measured by a third party service chosen by Retire on my budget . Retire on my budget warrants that it has and will maintain all necessary licences, consents, and permissions necessary for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Any decisions or claims The Client makes based on data from the Premium Service are The Client’s sole responsibility. Retire on my budget shall not be held liable for any such decisions or claims.
Retire on my budget's total liability to The Client for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount paid by The Client, if any, for accessing the Retire on my budget API. The Client’s total liability to Retire on my budget for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount paid by The Client.
Retire on my budget will provide limited email support to The Client. The response for all technical and other inquiries will in general be provided within two business days. However, Retire on my budget doesn’t guarantee that all emails will be responded to within two business days.
